Xpcommercial is looking for a skilled and dedicated Labourer to join our team in Twin Waters, QLD for a 10-12 week job. In this position, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of manual and physical tasks to support our operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the loading, unloading and moving of materials, equipment and tools
- Performing cleaning duties on work sites and facilities
- Setting up and dismantling work areas, equipment and site infrastructure as required
- Adhering to all safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisors

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar manual/physical role




- Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding physical tasks
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from site
- Australian work rights are required for this position
