Imaging Solutions is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor supplying innovative healthcare products throughout Australia, Current Zealand and now exporting to other parts of the world. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations while playing a key role in strengthening our quality systems and driving operational excellence.

This is more than a traditional production management role. You'll be responsible for leading our manufacturing team while actively contributing to the ongoing improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). Working closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing and Customer Service, you'll help ensure our products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading and developing the production team across all manufacturing operations.

- Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.

- Driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.





- Maintaining and improving manufacturing quality systems and documentation.

- Assisting with the creation and review of work instructions, procedures and technical files.

- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring manufacturing documentation is completed accurately.

- Supporting internal and external quality audits.

- Managing inventory accuracy, stocktakes and Bills of Materials.

- Assisting Supervisors with any overflow work.

- Working closely with Purchasing on supplier performance and raw material planning.

- Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.

- Creating a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture.

About You

To be successful you'll bring:

- Experience leading manufacturing or production teams.

- A strong understanding of quality systems within a manufacturing environment (any TGA, ISO9001, ISO13485 experience would be highly beneficial).

- Experience improving manufacturing processes and documentation.

- Robust organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Confidence making operational decisions and leading change.

- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite experience will be highly regarded).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple departments.

- A genuine passion for quality, continuous improvement and developing people.

Experience within textiles, healthcare or regulated manufacturing environments will be highly regarded but is not essential. Any experience in creating new business / growing sales in a textile environment would also be highly regarded.
