Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Ashmore, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that caresfor children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

The opportunities have become available for a Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need:

a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

a current and valid Working with Children Check

a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF

an ability to interpret curriculum documents

effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten or studio program.

Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.





Participate in professional and personal development.

Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
