As the Gunlake Quarries Sales Manager you’ll receive a structured handover, covering key accounts, technical product knowledge and how the business runs day to day. What we need from you is the sales leadership, commercial instinct and people skills to take it from there.
We’re just as interested in your personality and track record as your industry background. If you’ve built your career in civil construction supply, concrete products, agronomy, bulk commodities, asphalt or similar, and you know how to win trust with site managers, estimators and procurement leads, we want to hear from you. Quarry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
What you’ll be doing
Leading and developing a sales team, building on a culture of accountability and growth
Growing key accounts and winning current business across civil, infrastructure,
road and government sectors
Getting hands‑on with tenders, quotes and pricing strategy
Working closely with our transport and operations teams to keep customer commitments realistic and on schedule
Bringing fresh ideas to how we manage pipeline, forecasting and customer data, without pulling apart what already works
What you’ll bring
A genuine track record in sales leadership, ideally with people management experience
Comfort with technical products and bulk supply or logistics, from any industry
Confidence negotiating commercial terms and reading a room
You’ll be joining a business that values fresh thinking but has deep respect for what’s been built
A full driver’s licence and willingness to travel between Marulan and Sydney regularly
Based at our Marulan quarry with a genuine mix of on‑site and the commercial exposure of a Sydney facing sales role.
