As the Change Coordinator, youu2019ll play a key role in developing enterprise change frameworks, driving strategic transformation initiatives and partnering with leaders to embed sustainable organisational change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and embed an enterprise Change Management Framework across the organisation.
- Lead change initiatives supporting strategic business and major IT transformation projects.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive change readiness, engagement and adoption.
- Build organisational change capability through coaching, toolkits and change playbooks.
- Establish governance, reporting and benefits realisation frameworks to measure successful outcomes.
- Identify and manage change impacts, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and long-term adoption..
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar frameworks.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and engaging stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop change communications, readiness and adoption strategies.
- Robust governance, reporting and analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and drive outcomes.
- Experience supporting business and IT projects, with exposure to Agile, ITIL or similar delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in Change Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
