About the Role
This opportunity involves managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 170 properties, offering high‑quality support to landlords and tenants. The properties are well‑maintained, ensuring a streamlined and professional experience. Key Responsibilities
- Responding to rental inquiries phone & email
- Coordinating repairs & maintenance requests
- Conducting open for inspections & private viewings
- Processing applications & leasing properties
- Performing routine inspections & reporting
- Supporting senior property managers
- Conducting in-going & outgoing inspections with detailed reports

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
