Business & Customer Support Specialist

Location: Arndell Park, NSW 2148 (secure on-site parking)

What You’ll Actually Do

Business Support (the core)

- Maintain and analyse data — spreadsheets, reports, internal systems
- Coordinate marketing campaigns — tracking, customer updates, webshop promos and rewards
- Support sales — national-account reporting, converting overseas quotes to AUD, pricing recommendations
- Warm and cold outbound calls — reactivating customers and opening new accounts (via our CRM)
- Purchasing & imports — container schedules, shipment reports, prioritisation input
- Use AI tools daily to work smarter across it all

Customer Service (essential backup)

- Process orders, quotes, credits,



invoices — accurately and efficiently
- Solve customer issues and support the sales team; kept sharp to cover lunch, leave and overflow

What We Need From You

Must-haves

- 2+ years office-based customer service or business support (B2B/industrial valued)
- Analytical mindset — you see patterns in data, not just rows
- Comfortable making outbound calls, warm and cold — essential, not optional
- Fast learner who figures things out without constant direction
- Strong communication — written and verbal
- Intermediate Excel, general tech confidence, open to AI tools
- Organised, detail-oriented, handles competing priorities
- Applicants must have full Australian working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizenship).

Bonus points

- Hardware, building supplies, fasteners or industrial wholesale experience
- ERP/CRM familiarity (SAP, Pronto, Dynamics or similar)
- Experience using AI tools at work
- Sense of humour intact after a busy day
