About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer - Graduate to join our growing team in Roseville, NSW on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to launch their career in artificial intelligence and machine learning within a dynamic, innovative organisation.

As an AI Engineer - Graduate, you will work alongside experienced engineers and data scientists to develop, test and deploy customer facing AI solutions. This role is instrumental in helping us advance our AI capabilities and bring cutting-edge technology to our clients. You will have the chance to work on real-world projects, contribute to the design and implementation of AI systems, and develop your technical expertise in a supportive environment that values learning and professional development.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of AI solutions
- Gather and analyse business requirements to translate them into solution design
- Design, develop, test and implement software integrations and systems




- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers and subject matter experts
- Support the deployment and monitoring of AI applications in production environments
- Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date project documentation
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with AI developments
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for live systems
- Document solutions and implementations for knowledge sharing

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline
- Strong foundation in programming, with proficiency in Python, Java, C++ or similar languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Keen interest in artificial intelligence and commitment to continuous professional development
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is a plus
- Determination to work hard in your long-term career
- Learning mentality and desire to improve capability
- Good character with a record of pride is a big plus
