Labourforce is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor for the AM shift at Eastern Creek to lead daily operations in a rapid-paced FMCG distribution environment.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will supervise the team, manage costs, ensure safety and HACCP compliance, drive accurate order picking and stock replenishment, and develop staff toward a permanent role while maintaining service levels.
