We are looking for an organised and proactive Planner to join our team. This is a role where you can broaden your skills, take on increasing responsibility and develop into a senior planning position in the future.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that ensure manufacture of vitamin and skincare products are delivered on time, while optimising resources, inventory and production capacity.

Working closely with the Production, Procurement, Warehouse, QA, QC and Sales teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customer demand is met efficiently and on time.

This is a permanent full time role (38 hours per week) based in Belrose from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and communicate production schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly or other basis as required

Balance customer demand, inventory levels, raw material availability, and manufacturing capacity

Coordinate with Procurement to ensure raw materials and packaging components are available to support production plans

Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to manage changing priorities, delays or supply constraints

Work with Production, QA, QC and Warehouse teams to minimise downtime and maximise productivity

Analyse capacity, resource utilisation and production performance to identify planning improvements

Maintain accurate data within the ERP system





Monitory inventory levels of finished gods, work in progress and critical materials

Support new product launces, promotional demand and seasonal production planning

Prepare planning reports and communicate schedule performance to key stakeholders and management

To be successful in the role, you will have:

2-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment

Experience in FMCG manufacturing or vitamins and supplements

Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management and demand planning

Experience using ERP systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production requirements

Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is an advantage
