The Role

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be speaking with homeowners about the benefits of solar and battery solutions and booking free energy consultations with our expert sales team.

This is not a hard-selling role. It’s about having genuine conversations, building confidence, learning the sales process and being rewarded for your results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Speaking with homeowners about energy independence
- Booking free solar and battery consultations
- Learning the foundations of sales
- Working with a supportive, high-energy team
- Travelling to different locations across Australia
- Building a long-term career pathway in sales

What We’re Looking For

- A background in hospitality, retail, events, tourism, customer service or a similar people-focused role
- Confident communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivation to learn, grow and earn
- Full Monday to Friday availability (Please note: due to the hours, this role is not suitable for current students)
- Full working rights in Australia - Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
