Key Responsibilities

- Coach group training sessions to BFT standards
- Deliver consistent, high quality coaching experiences
- Build strong relationships with members
- Prepare sessions and understand programming intent
- Support studio initiatives and growth activities
- Contribute positively to team culture

You must have:





- Cert III minimum or currently studying
- Strong communication skills or willingness to improve quickly
- Confidence coaching groups or willingness to learn
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A solid work ethic and coachable mindset
