What You'll BeDoing

- Coordinating preventativeand reactive maintenanceworks across Australia
- Allocating jobs toour network oftrades and servicepartners
- Managing work ordersfrom start tocompletion whilemeeting customer KPIs




- Responding to customerenquiries via phoneand email
- Coordinating urgent andpriority maintenance requests
- Building strong relationshipswith contractors, techniciansand clients
- Maintainingaccurate recordswithin our operatingsystems
- Delivering outstanding customerservice on everyinteraction
- Following safety proceduresand escalation processes

You’ll also bring:

- Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
- A confident andprofessional phone manner
- Strong organisational andtime management skills
- Experience using MicrosoftOffice (Outlook, Exceland Word)
- Theability towork towards servicelevels and KPIs
- Experience with contactcentre platforms, SharePointor knowledge managementsystems (desirable)
- Experience in FacilitiesMaintenance, Service Coordination, Scheduling, HelpDesk or CustomerService will behighly regarded, butwe also welcomeapplicants with transferableskills and apositiveattitude.
