About the role
We are looking for experienced Leading Hands/ Excavator Operators/ HR Operators/ Formworkers/ Concreters to join our team on projects in the Brisbane and Greater Brisbane Region. This role is responsible for the hands-on delivery of critical infrastructure projects, working as part of a collaborative site team.
What you'll be doing
- Read drawings and specifications to identify formwork and temporary works requirements.
- Building and constructing Drainage
- Formwork and concreting placing and finishing
- Strip formwork using physical and mechanical means
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high quality
- Contributing to a positive, cooperative team environment on site
- Complying with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- HR/MR licence
- Cert III in Formwork or Concreting advantageous
- Experienced Excavator Operators
- Experience with concrete FRP projects
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise, high-quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current construction industry tickets and licences, including a valid driver's licence
