We're Hiring: Research Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-LevelWe are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious Research Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about research, data analysis, market intelligence, and transforming complex information into actionable business insights. As a Research Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and provide strategic recommendations that support business growth, investment decisions, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence to support strategic business initiatives. Collect, validate, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources. Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, customer behaviors, and competitive developments.

Prepare research reports, executive summaries, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management. Analyze financial, operational, and market data to support business planning and decision-making. Perform benchmarking studies, feasibility assessments, and business intelligence research.

Monitor industry news, regulatory developments, and economic trends relevant to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects, strategic planning, and special initiatives. Maintain research databases, documentation, and knowledge management systems.

Support due diligence, business case development, and other analytical projects as required.

Requirements





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in market research, business analysis, consulting, strategy, financial analysis, or a related analytical role is preferred.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent research, report writing, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is an advantage. Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other statistical or analytical tools is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with AI-powered research and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage.
