Brushwood Fencing Australia is seeking a skilled and experienced Fencing and Gate Installer to join our team based in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of fences and gates, including timber, aluminum, and brushwood, ensuring all work meets our safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain a variety of fencing types, including timber, aluminum, and brushwood.

Assemble and install gates with accurate functionality and alignment.

Measure and cut materials to size for installation.

Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Assist with loading materials onto vehicles.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Work collaboratively to complete projects on time and to the highest standard.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of fencing installation experience or 3 years in a skilled trades role.

Minimum 1 year of fencing installation experience OR 3+ years in related trades (carpentry, construction, landscaping)

Strong knowledge of fencing and gate materials, installation methods, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred).





Skilled in using power and hand tools with attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to drive manual preferred.

A valid Australian driver's licence (Class C minimum) and reliable transportation. Manual transmission experience preferred for company vehicles.

Strong communication skills to liaise with clients when needed.

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25kg) and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
