THE OPPORTUNITY

We present a rare opportunity to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Head of HR and broader HR team during an exciting period of growth.

Based in North Sydney, this is a true generalist role offering breadth, variety and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. No two days are the same. One day you may be partnering with leaders on strategic workforce initiatives, the next you could be navigating complex employee relations matters, driving engagement programs or supporting business transformation activities.

This role will see you manage and maintain HR policies, processes, procedures and initiatives across multiple functions and employee locations throughout Australia and the wider APAC region. It is ideally suited to an energetic, commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships and is motivated by the opportunity to grow and develop their career within a dynamic business.

We are looking for a confident and adaptable leader with strong employment law expertise, excellent relationship-building skills and a practical, common-sense approach. Most importantly, you will bring enthusiasm, resilience and the flexibility to respond to changing business priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

WHAT WILL BE INVOLVED

- Align HR processes and initiatives with business strategy in accordance with corporate policies, resourcing requirements and compliance obligations.
- Partner closely with managers and leaders to deliver responsive operational HR support,

continually assessing organisational needs and proactively identifying solutions.
- Contribute to a broad range of HR activities including employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support HR & WH&S; programs and initiatives, contributing to a shared services approach across sister companies, supporting business-wide objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- 5-10 years' HR experience, ideally gained within a medium to large organisation, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong relationship management, communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience across a broad range of HR disciplines including learning and development, remuneration, employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning and change management.
- Sound knowledge of current employment and industrial relations legislation in Australia.
- A strong understanding of compliance, governance and risk management principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work, particularly written communications.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, together with SAP Payroll and LMS systems, will be highly regarded.
