Monadelphous is seeking a proactive Training Administrator to join our Mackay Operations Team on a casual basis, supporting a shutdown in Blackwater running from Aug-Sept 2026. You will help manage training and inductions, maintain data integrity, and support the shutdown on site in Blackwater.
The role requires at least 1 year in administration, familiarity with training practices, and solid MS Office skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
