Lead Retail Transformation Projects

We're looking for an experienced Store Development Team Leader to lead overnight retail projects across NSW. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and take pride in delivering high-quality store transformations, we love to hear from you.

What Youll Do

- Lead and support overnight project teams.
- Deliver store relays, layout changes, fit-outs, and new store setups.
- Keep projects on schedule while maintaining high standards.
- Coach team members and drive safe, quality execution.
- Complete project reporting, validations, and handovers.

What Youll Bring

- Leadership experience in retail, store development, merchandising, fit-outs, or project delivery.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.




- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence leading teams and making decisions onsite.
- Flexibility to work overnight (9:30pm–6:00am) and travel across Metro & Regional NSW.
