We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Marrickville, NSW. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets. This is a full time position that will see you play a key role in the ongoing success of our business.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of security officers on site
- Conducting regular patrols and inspections to monitor security and safety
- Responding to and managing security incidents and emergencies
- Maintaining detailed security logs and reports
- Ensuring security team members comply with company policies and procedures
- Providing guidance, training and support to security officers
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders as needed

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated knowledge of security systems, processes and best practices




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Current security licence or certification
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
