Nurse Next Door is seeking a proactive administrator with recruitment experience to support our care team in Toowoomba and surrounding areas. You will partner with Directors and the People Experience Coordinator to recruit current employees, onboard caregivers, and ensure compliance with our operating model and values.

In this role you’ll help maintain staffing levels, coordinate onboarding, and manage essential administrative tasks to keep our service delivery smooth and client-focused.
