As one of the firm's KEY senior lawyers reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their public liability claims. IF YOU WISH, flexibility to also add : 1)work injury damages 2) TPD 3) CTP; 4) abuse AND/OR 5) medical negligence (depending on your experience).

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU AREWe are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 3+ YEARS experience (OR MORE) in plaintiff personal injury law including in public liability (essential);
- have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric andresults- driven;
