Sofitel Adelaide is seeking a proactive Reservations Agent to warmly greet guests, handle bookings, changes and cancellations, and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations. You will record guest preferences and maximise revenue through attentive up-selling. Opera PMS experience is preferred.
You'll deliver outstanding service from first contact through arrival, supporting a busy front desk while upholding Sofitel’s luxury standards and guest-centric ethos.
