About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager & Operations professional to join our growing NCG Moreton team.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior commercial property professional who wants to combine their passion for client relationships with the opportunity to improve, influence and help shape the future of a Property Management division.

This role has been designed for someone who understands that exceptional property management is not just about managing today’s requirements; it is about creating better systems, stronger relationships and a scalable platform for tomorrow.

Initially, this position will be a hybrid role consisting of:

50% Senior Commercial Property Management

50% Property Management Operations & Improvement

As our Property Management platform continues to grow, the operational component of this role will progressively increase, creating a pathway towards a future Property Management Operations leadership position.

You will work closely alongside our Property Management Team Leader and Chief Operating Officer, contributing your commercial property expertise while helping improve the systems, processes and experiences that support our clients, our team and the future growth of the business.

The Role

Reporting to both the Property Management Team Leader and Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients while helping strengthen the foundations of our growing department.

You will be responsible for:

Senior Commercial Property Management

Managing an allocated commercial property portfolio and delivering exceptional service through:





- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Providing proactive commercial property advice
- Understanding client objectives and identifying opportunities to improve asset performance
- Managing portfolio compliance, reporting and communication
- Supporting leasing opportunities, maintenance strategies and risk reduction initiatives
- Delivering a premium client experience

Property Management Operations & Improvement

Helping create a more efficient, scalable and consistent Property Management platform through:

- Systems & Process Improvement
- Reviewing and improving workflows and processes
- Developing SOPs, resources and operational frameworks
- Improving Cirrus8 utilisation, reporting and data capability
- Identifying opportunities for automation and AI
- Improving Monday.com workflows and visibility

Client Experience

- Developing consistent client onboarding experiences
- Creating communication frameworks and education resources
- Supporting proactive landlord and tenant engagement
- Improving the overall client journey

Capability & Team Support

- Developing training resources and knowledge libraries
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of Virtual Assistant capability
- Creating processes that allow Property Managers to spend more time focused on clients and asset outcomes

Compliance & Operational Excellence

- Supporting compliance processes and audits
- Strengthening operational controls
- Supporting financial process improvements and trust accounting capability

About You

You may currently be a:

Senior Commercial Property Manager looking for an opportunity to expand your impact beyond portfolio management and contribute to the growth of a Property Management division
