We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Masterton Homes Warnervale Display Centre. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality homes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
What you'll be doing
Generating and following up on sales leads to convert them into new home contracts
Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our home designs and options
Providing expert advice and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
Collaborating with our construction and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Contributing to the overall sales targets and growth objectives of the company
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the residential construction or property industry
Minimum of 3+ years residential sales experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to close sales and handle customer queries effectively
Thorough understanding of the local property market and construction industry trends
Good working knowledge of local property market conditions and residential construction industry developments required
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering a positive customer experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
