We’re looking for an organized multitasker to manage and adjust caregiver rosters daily, ensuring clients get the support they need. You’ll coordinate with caregivers and clients, fill last-minute shifts, and keep everything running smoothly using scheduling software.
This fast-paced role requires flexibility, robust communication skills, and working a rotating roster including one night and one weekend per month. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love problem-solving, you’ll be a great fit.

- Creating and maintaining fortnightly rosters for our caregivers
- Handling last-minute changes and filling shifts as needed
- Communicating clearly with caregivers and clients to ensure smooth matches
- Using scheduling software to keep everything running efficiently
- Monitoring and actioning email/phone call requests for recent/changes to client schedules

- Experience with rostering or scheduling (healthcare or community services a bonus)
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of the SCHADS award is highly desirable.
