Join our team in the role of Opertions Administrator and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll also have the chance to cross-train across departments and support the team during peak periods and leave coverage.

Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday roster available - 8am - 6pm.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Customer Coordination - Be the go-to for key clients and urgent escalations
- Driver Debriefing - Review and process paperwork to close out daily runs
- Freight Bookings & Scheduling - Manage delivery slots and customer requests
- Operations Support - Assist with allocating and load planning
- Local deliveries (if licencened) - assist with local delivieres to our customer sites.

What You'll Bring:

- Previous experience in a transport administration, operations support, or scheduling role
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
- Resilient and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Transport industry experience preferred,



but not essential - training will be provided to the right candidate
- BFM accreditation, or willingness to obtain, with an understanding of NHVR regulations considered advantageous
