Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst available in all states NSW, Qld, Vic, & WA. We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for Supply Chain Analyst to be based at our WA Office. This role ensures the company’s supply meets the customers’ demand. Duties include overseeing the company’s supply chains, ensuring timely delivery and keeping the company on budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate pre-project risk assessment/review and communicate findings to Key Stakeholders as applicable.
- Evaluate areas of supply chain operations that require improvement.
- Be involved in and where practical recommendations during tendering/estimating.




- Facilitate handover from Sales & conduct formal scope/contract review.
- Review existing design/build sequence aspects.
- Communicate with Engineering & optimise, increase, or improve profitability throughout the lifetime of the project.
- Compile and facilitate a detailed P.E.P (project execution plan).
- Produce and report all project scheduling and resource requirements ensuring adequate float and contingency for risk.
- Implement effective and accountable communication methods to relevant stakeholders (including but not limited to the client and key suppliers) to ensure clarity of understanding regarding the deliverables & expectations required.
- Produce cost tracking and variation communication methods in line with both internal & external reporting & cost capture requirements.

- Interpersonal and communication skillsiable not necessary.
- Able to communicate with several departments to evaluate and improve operations

Salary: Between $79,499 and $82,000 per annum + Super
