Highroad is one of Canberra's largest cafes, home to a busy all day floor plus a full events calendar, and we're looking for someone to join our front of house team.

We're after people who genuinely enjoy hospitality: warm with customers, quick on their feet, and happy to learn fast in a fast paced environment. You don't need years of experience, but some hospitality background (or a genuine willingness to pick things up quickly) will help you settle in.

What we're looking for:

- Friendly, positive attitude that customers notice
- Comfortable working at pace during busy services
- Valuable communicator, works well as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Some front of house or customer service experience preferred, but a great attitude and quick learning matter just as much
- Available across a mix of weekday, weekend and event shifts
