The role
You're the front end of our business development team. Your job is to open doors: call industrial businesses across Greater Sydney, qualify them, and book site visits for our Service BDM who closes the deal. Every deal you source pays you commission when it's won. You'll also help progress our larger national accounts, where one win can be significant.
What you'll do
- Outbound calling to industrial businesses across Western Sydney and beyond
- Book qualified site visits into the team diary
- Research and help progress national multi-site accounts
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date
Who you are
- Experienced in outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales
- Organised, resilient, and honest with your numbers
- Industry knowledge not required — we'll train you on everything compressed air
