Building Surveyor for Commercial Building Inspections

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Building Surveyor (Inspections) to join the Sydney team.
This is a site-focused role, working across a range of commercial projects, carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance throughout the construction lifecycle
The position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being on-site and working closely with builders, contractors, and stakeholders.

The role will involve:

- Conducting on-site inspections across commercial projects
- Ensuring compliance with the NCC and relevant legislation
- Working closely with builders and project teams
- Reporting on compliance and providing practical guidance
- Supporting the certification process through inspection stages

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in commercial building surveying (essential)
- Licensed Building Surveyor (NSW) preferred, OR working towards
- Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant legislation
- Comfortable working in a site-based environment




- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders on-site
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset
