FNQ Freight & Logistics is seeking an Office Administrator to join our close-knit team in Cairns, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing

- Managing general office administration tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating various databases and records
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Participating in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
- Providing backup support to the broader administration team as required

What we're looking for

- No experience required
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures
