We are a second-generation, family-owned automotive workshop in Childers, Queensland, looking for a qualified mechanic to join our team.

With a long-standing reputation for quality workmanship and honest service, we work on a diverse range of vehicles and equipment. No two days are the same—you'll service and repair everything from small passenger vehicles and 4WDs to light trucks and agricultural tractors.

About the Role

As part of our experienced team, you will be responsible for:

- Servicing and repairing passenger vehicles, 4WDs, light commercial vehicles and small trucks.
- Tractor servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnosing mechanical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Completing servicing and repairs to a high standard.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop.
- Working as part of a friendly, skilled team.

What We're Looking For





- Qualified Automotive Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent trade qualification.
- Current manual driver's licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail.
- Reliable, honest and motivated.
- Experience with diesel engines, agricultural machinery or 4WDs is an advantage but not essential.
