Working alongside a supportive leadership team, you'll lead your room with confidence, build strong relationships with children and families, and help create an environment where everyone can thrive.

Permanent Part time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting a collaborative team of educators
- Creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider centre community
- Supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and development through responsive practice
- Mentoring educators and contributing to a positive team culture
- Contributing to Storypark documentation and children’s learning journeys
- Maintaining a secure, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

About You

You are a nurturing and motivated educator who enjoys leading by example and supporting others to grow.





You’ll bring

- ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Must have completed National Child Safety Training
- Experience as a Lead Educator, or confidence stepping into leadership
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- A positive, calm, and collaborative leadership style
- Confidence building strong relationships with families and teams
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Experience with Storypark or similar platforms (desirable)
