Customer Service Representative - Building & Construction

We are a leading company manufacturing high-end architectural drainage products, selling Australia wide and internationally. We are looking to strengthen ourCustomer Service Team with an enthusiastic, customer focused, self-motivated Customer Service Represenative based in South Nowra.

In a fast paced Business to Business environment, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, quotes, orders and deliveries.

Duties and responsibilities

- Professionally respond to all customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Handle product, pricing and availability queries from customers
- Process and manage quotes and orders
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Resolve customer requests, questions and determine best use of resources
- Liaise between customers, end-users, suppliers and area sales representatives

- Liaise with freight companies




- Quotes follow up

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be:

- Comfortable working in an agile and time critical environment
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Proactive and organised
- Detail orientated
- Results oriented with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong technical aptitude and interest
- Able to problem solve
- Strong computer literacy(MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook), including experience with integrated business systems
- Able to read architectural plans would be a plus
- Experience in the building/construction industry would be a plus
