Onsite Training Australia is seeking a hands-on Strategic Trainer to join our team in Central QLD, delivering practical training to Mining, Rail, and Construction clients with national travel as required.

The role is a full time 8/6 roster—8 days on, 6 off—with a mix of FIFO site delivery, face-to-face, and online facilitation from home. TAE40122 and RII qualifications are essential; instructional design experience is valued.
