With a national team of over 800 support workers, we’re looking for an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple offices and manage our vehicle fleet. You'll play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

About the Role

The Office and Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations and fleet management across QLD, NSW, VIC and WA. This role ensures offices operate efficiently, safely and consistently, while maintaining compliance and day-to-day management of the company fleet.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day office operations across multiple locations.
- Manage office supplies, uniforms, merchandise and equipment.
- Coordinate travel bookings and administrative support for staff and leadership.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment allocation and workstation setup.
- Maintain office asset registers, including phones, IT equipment and vehicles.
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, building management and security access.
- Support WHS compliance activities including first aid supplies, emergency procedures and incident reporting.
- Manage office-related suppliers, utilities, subscriptions and service providers.
- Assist with company events, staff recognition initiatives and internal culture activities.
- Support consistent processes and communication across interstate offices.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider business as required.

Fleet Management

- Maintain accurate fleet records,



registrations, insurance and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance claims and roadside assistance.
- Manage fuel cards, toll accounts and fleet-related reporting.
- Monitor fleet compliance using EROAD, including overspeed reporting and driver follow-up.
- Conduct routine vehicle audits and monitor fleet presentation standards.
- Coordinate vehicle transfers, wrapping, tracking devices and interstate fleet requirements.
- Manage fines, disability passes and fleet-related driver enquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers, insurers, repairers and dealerships regarding vehicle matters.
- Monitor fleet utilisation, maintenance schedules and replacement planning.
- Support fleet budgeting, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company fleet policies and transport regulations.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in office, operations or fleet management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and solid administrative capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple business functions.
- Experience with fleet systems, reporting platforms or compliance tools is highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
