GENERAL LABOURERS / FACTORY HAND - ROTATING SHIFTS

THE COMPANY
Our valued client, based in Bundamba, is seeking reliable General Labourers / Factory Hands to join their growing team. This is an ongoing role with potential to transition to permanent for the right candidate. Enjoy free onsite parking and weekly pay.

PAY RATES

AM Shift (6am-2pm): $33.05 per hour

PM Shift (2pm-10pm): $38.01 per hour

THE SHIFTS
This position operates on a rotating roster:

Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
(Then repeat)

THE ROLE
You will be working in a busy factory environment with duties including:

- Sorting and stacking aluminium
- Using power tools to drill aluminium




- Packing aluminium lengths
- Hanging aluminium lengths in the paint area
- Removing aluminium lengths from the paint area

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful, you will have:

- Previous factory experience, including hand and power tool use
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of OH&S;
- A robust work ethic, reliability, and a positive "can-do" attitude
- Your own vehicle and a valid driver's licence
