Sonto is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Survey Delivery team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a high-performing team, coordinating scanning and survey projects from commencement through to completion while helping deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating projects, scheduling field surveyors, managing project workflows, communicating with clients, and ensuring every project progresses efficiently and on time. You'll work closely with our surveyors, project stakeholders and operations team to keep projects moving while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

At Sonto, you'll be supported every step of the way. We'll provide comprehensive training on our systems, processes and the surveying industry, giving you the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the role. While previous surveying experience is highly regarded, we're equally interested in candidates with strong project coordination experience from construction, engineering or other service-based industries.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of surveying projects.
- Schedule and coordinate daily field survey activities to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation.




- Collaborate with surveyors, clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage project workflows to ensure milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Identify potential project risks or roadblocks and proactively resolve or escal
- Liaise with clients regarding project information, access requirements and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate project information within our Project Management Platform (PMP).
- Plan ahead to ensure projects are fully prepared before field work commences.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager, including service line capacity and lead times.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build positive relationships with clients, contractors and team members through professional, friendly and respectful communication.

About you

You’ll ideally have:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience within surveying, construction, engineering or another service-based industry (highly regarded).
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive,



can-do attitude and a genuine desire to support your team.

Sonto offers competitive compensation models as well as unique and individualised benefits. Salary and package will be dependent on the experience of the applicant. This role is available to work from our Brisbane office located in Fortitude Valley. We also offer flexible working from home arrangements for the right candidate.
