Trade Assistant - High-End Residential Construction

Atom Resources are seeking experienced and motivated Trade Assistants to join our team, working on premium residential construction projects across Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside skilled tradespeople on high-end homes, contributing to projects built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist carpenters and other trades across various stages of construction.
- Carry out daily site labouring duties, including moving and organising materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively, including:
- Impact drills
- Jack hammers
- Grinders
- Other common construction tools

- Assist with minor structural works and finishing works.
- Complete tasks independently when required while working collaboratively with the site team.
- Follow site safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- A minimum of 2 years' experience working on construction sites.
- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant, preferably with a carpentry background.
- Experience supporting multiple trades on residential construction projects.
- Competence using a wide range of power tools.
- Experience with both structural and finishing work.
- Robust understanding of day-to-day site operations.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- White Card (essential).
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
