We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys running projects, developing people and delivering high-quality civil works safely and efficiently.

About the Role

As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crews and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standard. You will be the key link between site operations and management, leading by example and maintaining a positive team culture.

The role would suit an experienced Civil Foreman or also a highly skilled Leading Hand who is looking to make the transition to Site Foreman.

Alzino & Co has a diverse range of projects currently underway and upcoming and is interested in aligning the right candidate to a suitable project.



We also have a highly experienced management team and long term experienced operates to help upskill the right candidate.

Experience with GPS, Topcon and Trimble systems is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising civil construction crews on-site.
- Coordinating daily site activities and work programs.
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Managing labour, plant and subcontractors.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship across all aspects of construction.
- Conducting pre-start meetings and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Liaising with Project Managers.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying solutions to site challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements and company procedures.
- Mentoring and developing team members.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Civil Foreman within the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, roadworks and subdivision construction.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to read civil plans and manage project schedules.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver's License (HR license advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your projects.
