Sandy Evans Recruitment is assisting Townsville City Council to fill a hands-on trade and supervisory role. You will help plan, coordinate and deliver building repairs and maintenance across council facilities, community housing and other assets, while leading a small team.
You will direct a Trade Assistant and two Carpenter Apprentices, provide daily coaching and practical supervision, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards in a dynamic council workplace.
