We’re looking for a specialist picker to work in a warehouse role offering permanency and stability in our established and growing business. Involving forklift operations, manual handling, picking and packing and general warehouse duties, this is a physically demanding and hands‑on role.

Located at our head office within the Brisbane Airport precinct, this role operates Monday to Friday, with standard hours of 6.00am to 2:00pm.

Key responsibilities

- Unloading containers and stacking items in allocated warehouse bins
- Accurately picking and packing orders and labelling crates
- Loading outbound trucks for distribution
- Following dispatch systems and procedures
- Operating in accordance with Safe Operating Principles and Procedures
- General yard and warehouse duties, including keeping the warehouse clean and tidy

About You

Experience

- Minimum 2 years recent experience operating BOTH counterbalance forklifts and standing high-reach forklifts in a similar warehouse or yard environment
- Valid forklift licence with verifiable references confirming forklift proficiency and reliability
- Proven experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems

- Proven history of consistent attendance and reliability, with references confirming your commitment to work
- Sound capability to learn processes, follow instructions, and apply feedback
- A safety‑first approach to all tasks




- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sometimes under pressure
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills including verbal and written communication skills
- Physical fitness suitable for repetitive manual handling tasks and solo lifting of 20kg
