About the role
IMMEDIATE START
Waterdrill Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Driller's Offsiders to join our dynamic team on site. This position will play a crucial role in our drilling operations, assisting our Drillers in executing efficient and safe drilling activities. (This is an onsite position with our rig)

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting Drillers with the operation and maintenance of drilling equipment

2. Ensuring drilling activities are carried out safely and efficiently

3. Monitoring drilling parameters and making adjustments as needed

4. Maintaining a clean an organised work workplace

5. Adhering to all company policies and safety procedures

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Driller's Offsider or in a similar role within the industry

2. Minimum of 3+ years drilling industry experience required

3. Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety

5.



Effective communication and teamwork skills

6. A valid driver's licence and the ability to work in a remote location (Truck license will be beneficial).

7. Welding experience will also be beneficial.
