Supervise, train and support front-of-house and service staff.
Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally. Coordinate staff rosters, shift planning and daily workflow. Oversee opening and closing procedures.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies. Control costs, reduce wastage and support business profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service across the venue. Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service. Assist with business planning, promotions and improving restaurant performance.
Handle bookings, customer enquiries and general administrative tasks. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all staff. Qualification & experience Diploma in Hospitality or a related discipline is required.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a fast-paced and quality-driven restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong customer service and staff management skills. Punctual, reliable and hard-working.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure during busy service periods. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
