About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team, supporting campaigns across Australia, the UK, and the USA. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Southport, Gold Coast, QLD.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through to execution across all three regions.
- Support the team with content scheduling, reporting, and administration.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects moving.




- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activity as needed.

About You

- Experience in a marketing coordination or assistant role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidence using marketing and project management tools.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite platforms.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Full time, in-house role only.
- Australian work rights required for this position.
- Exposure to EDM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple regions or markets.
- Confident use of a DSLR for both photography and videography.
