Freedom Furniture is seeking an organised HR Administrator to join the People & Culture team at the North Ryde Support Centre on a 14-month maternity cover. This role is ideal for a proactive administrator who loves variety and supporting people.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will own end-to-end HR administration, maintain HRIS data integrity, assist with onboarding, changes and offboarding, and help with reporting and employee initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies.
