yourtown is seeking a energetic Youth Worker to support young people aged 15-21 in St Mary’s NSW within the Get Back in the Game program. You’ll use a client-centered, strength-based approach to help navigate non-vocational barriers and work towards sustainable employment or education outcomes.

You will assess needs, deliver workshops, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and partner with local organisations to secure opportunities.
