ACO is a global leader in drainage and surface water management solutions, delivering innovative products across more than 50 countries. Our Australian team is based in Emu Plains, NSW, and we are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the IT Support Technician will provide day-to-day technical support to employees across hardware, software, systems, and business applications. This role will be the first point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user IT issues or elevate where required.
- Manage IT support tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and access requirements.
- Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Windows environments, ERP/CRM systems, and business applications.
- Maintain IT assets, equipment inventory, procedures, and user guides.
- Assist with software updates,



cybersecurity requirements, and system improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to employees.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external IT providers to support business technology needs.

About You

- 2-4 years' experience working in the technology field within a Microsoft network setting.
- 1-2 years' experience supporting Microsoft Azure Cloud environments.
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, and user systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and user account management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support users at all levels of the business.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
