As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships, contributing to the continued success of the business, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that add value.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and service reviews.
